I have spent three decades working at the intersection of design, psychology, and spatial intelligence.

Not as separate disciplines. As one integrated lens for understanding how people present themselves, occupy space, and either hold or lose ground under pressure.

That lens did not come from theory. It came from living.

I have navigated caregiving seasons that required me to remain intact while carrying things most people around me could not fully see. I have led, created, and built while holding weight privately that had no clean resolution. I have watched high-performing women, and myself, make small concessions on their own standards in ways that felt entirely reasonable in the moment and costly over time.

That is self-erosion. I know exactly what it looks like because I have lived it from the inside.

I am an award-winning television co-host and host with credits on the Notoriety Network, including The Advisers and Impact + Influence. I am the founder of The Amy Factor, creator of The Sophisticated Caregiver, and the designer behind MüD Modular.

But what I am, at the foundation of all of it, is someone who has earned the right to this work through what she has lived, not only what she has studied.

I am not a coach.

I am private counsel for high-performing women who are navigating heavy seasons and need someone who can see what they are too close to see, without requiring them to perform or over-explain in the process.

If you are in a season that is asking more of you than you anticipated, and you are ready to be seen by someone who understands exactly what that costs, the next step is a conversation.

What I Mean When I Say Standards

Most people hear the word standards and think performance targets. A bar to clear. Something external.

That is not what I mean.

What I mean is internal. It is the line you stop crossing inside yourself. The things you will not do to yourself, will not tolerate from others, will not sacrifice even when the pressure is enormous.

Your values tell you what you believe. Your standards are what you actually protect when things get hard.

They are not the same thing.

Values can live on a page. Standards live in the moment when you are exhausted and stretched and still choose to hold the line. Or in the moment when you do not, and you feel it.

That feeling is important. It is information.

Most of the women I work with are not confused about their values. They know what they believe. What has quietly shifted is the standard they hold for how they allow themselves to be treated, how much they give before they replenish, where they draw the line between service and self-erasure.

Heavy seasons do not create that shift. They reveal it.

And the work is not about rebuilding after the season ends. It is about holding the floor during it.

Where to Begin.

Wherever you are in your season, there is a next step that meets you there.

Quiet Strength

A Private Audio Experience | $147
  • Twelve audio episodes for the high-performing woman in a heavy season. Created to help you strengthen what should never have become negotiable, and language for what you are experiencing.

The Private Intensive

A Single 90-Minute Session | $1,500
  • One private conversation to identify what you are too close to see, define the standard that needs protecting, and determine where to begin the rebuild.

Private Counsel

Ongoing. Exclusive. By Conversation.
  • Private counsel for the woman who is ready for sustained, deeper support. This is not a program. It is a private working relationship built around what you are navigating and what needs to hold. This level of work begins with a conversation where we both determine if the fit is right.
