How long do I have access?

Lifetime. You can download Quiet Strength immediately and return to it as often as you need.

Do I need to listen in order?

Start with Episodes 1 and 2 to build the foundation. After that, you may move through the experience in the way that serves you best. I do recommend listening in order the first time through. Episodes 11 and 12 are especially designed to be revisited repeatedly.

What if I do not have time?

Episodes run approximately 10 to 20 minutes each. You can listen in the car, on a walk, while getting ready, or in any quiet pocket of time. Quiet Strength was created for women who do not have extra time. It was designed to fit into the life you are already living.

Will this still speak to me if my situation looks different?

Yes. Quiet Strength was created for heavy seasons of many kinds. Caregiving for a parent, spouse, child, or extended family member. Professional pressure. Chronic illness. Ongoing demands.
