Do I need to listen in order?
Start with Episodes 1-2 for the foundation. After that, choose what resonates. However, I do encourage you to listen to them in order. Episodes 11-12 are designed to be revisited repeatedly.
What if I don’t have time?
Episodes run 10-20 minutes each. Listen in your car, on a walk, or wherever you have a few minutes alone. This is designed for women who don’t have extra time. It fits into the life you’re already living.
